Service department - Dan was the one who handled my visit - he was extremely helpful and friendly. We discussed a concern I had and not only did we discuss it but he explained how he would monitor it and gave me a way to reach him at any time. And I definitely will ask for him when I call next time. I am intinerant therapist and the condition of my car is critical due to the number of highway miles and rural areas where I am required to go. Buying a car the first time from a dealership means buying a specific make and model. But the service department is the reason that you go back for the next one(s). Dan will sell you lots of "second cars" .... My wait time was what I had anticipated and the waiting area was comfortable.

20,000 mile check up and oil change, tire rotation, breaks, fluids,belts ar - Quality Service. People that know Toyota's and are able to repair them with the right Toyota parts. They understand that my time is as important as repairing my car correctly.

Very pleased with my new black Rav 4. My husband and I met with Rick Ferrari to discuss our interest in a Rav 4. Rick already had a black Rav 4 with black interior (what I wanted) pulled up to the lot ready to show us. After talking and knowing what we wanted we took it for a spin. After he got the ball rolling fairly quickly and the process was so easy. Also with the help of Chuckie Warren, the process was even smoother. We were trading in my Jeep Cherokee for the Rav and it was the easiest process we have experienced with purchasing a new car. We are very thankful that they helped us tremondously with buying our new Rav 4. We now have a great car for a long time. We will be lifelong Preston Toyota customers thanks to them!
