Matthew Sellers is by far the best sales Rep I’ve ever come across in my two years of owning a vehicle. I got approved for a beautiful Rav 4 and would advise anyone to stop by, take a look, take a few minutes and you never know, you could leave with a good reliable vehicle today.
I contacted a salesperson after store hours through the online contact feature on their website which is very convenient. A salesperson named John Rapko quickly contacted me back through email. I explained to him what I was looking for, what I wanted, and the cost to lease the vehicle I wanted. He contacted me back the next morning with exactly what I wanted, what I was looking for, and the cost per month to lease the vehicle I wanted. I set up an appointment for that day to go see the vehicle and test drive it. I told him I just wanted to look at it and test drive it. I didn’t want to be making any decisions that day. When I arrived, he already had a costumer, so instead of making me wait, he had another salesperson named Jordan take me to see the vehicle and test drive it. Both salesmen were very nice, and personable without being pushy. Later that night, I decided to contact John to see about a lower price and he said he’d speak to his Sales Manager the next morning. He contacted me the next morning with a reasonable price and I was sold. I went in later that day to purchase the vehicle. Once I arrived, John quickly got my information for my credit check and we went over some additional features I would be getting through the Preston Advantage program. He then sent me to the Finance Manager, Valerie, who was very friendly, personable, easy to speak, and knowledgeable. If you are thinking about buying or leasing a Jeep, consider this location as an option. You won’t regret it!
